Morifumi Mizuno

I am a graduate student at the University of Arizona. I work on strong field plasma aiming for a deeper understanding of the global structure of magnetospheres surrounding neutron stars and black holes. I am investigating the limitations of Force-Free Electrodynamics (FFE), which describes complicated plasma physics in strong field regimes through simple equations, and looking for the presence of interesting phenomena that extend beyond FFE. I am excited to join SCEECS and learn new insights into compact objects.
